Covid-19 Protocol

Thank you for choosing KA Mimms Photographix to assist you in creating photographs where you are the art. During this time we are actively monitoring reccomendations from local, state, and national health agencies; and incorporating their recommendations into our daily routines. As we all know this is not easy. Indeed, things seem to change moment by moment.

Our policy is as follows: Regardless of vacination status facial coverings are required whenever you are not in an active photo session or in the active photography area of our studio. This is mandatory.

We also employ active cleaning between sessions to ensure the safest possible working environment. Please note: we believe in one standard for everyone. Face coverings are the standard. If you have symptoms or know you have been exposed to the Covid-19 virus we are happy to re-schedule your session at least two weeks in the future with no change in fee* (please review the policy below).

We welcome the opportunity to continue our business and service to you during the health crisis and wish you and yours wellness throughout.

*When a session is rescheduled due to health concerns we will rebook your session at least 14 days in the future. There is no additional KA Mimms Photographix fee to you. If you have booked hair or makeup services provided by others there may be a fee. These fees are outside KA Mimms Photographix area of influence. If a suitable future session cannot be arranged, we will issue a gift certificate per our Terms of Sale.
